By creating an account, accessing, or using AskGPT ("Service") operated by AskGPT Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Account Registration & Authentication
You may register for an account using email and password or third-party authentication such as Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or malicious content, nor to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass security mechanisms of the AskGPT platform.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all documents, knowledge bases, and conversational data you upload to AskGPT. AskGPT does not claim ownership over your proprietary content.
